The medieval museum itself is worth the trip, but the terraces outside look down over the Hudson and the Palisades in a way that makes you forget you're still in Manhattan. Combine it with a walk through Fort Tryon Park and you've basically covered the best views in Upper Manhattan in one afternoon.
