Miami Marine Stadium

A 1963 concrete grandstand built for powerboat racing, abandoned since 1992 after Hurricane Andrew declared it unsafe, its cantilevered roof still one of the boldest pieces of concrete engineering in the country. It sat empty for over 30 years while a restoration effort slowly built momentum.
