Grandma's Purse at Waterway Square

A lifelike bronze sculpture of a purse spilling its contents, with a frog perched on the edge, set within a larger splash-pad feature at Waterway Square. The companion terrazzo floor installation, Treasures from Grandma's Purse, embeds bronze and glass objects into the ground around it, made by Houston mosaic artist Dixie Friend Gay.
