Governors Island - Outlook Hill

One of four man-made hills built from construction debris, and the summit gives you a 360-degree view that swings from the Statue of Liberty to the Verrazzano Bridge to the full Manhattan skyline. The ferry ride over is basically a bonus harbor tour before you even get here.
