Merchant's House Museum

The only 19th-century family home in New York preserved completely intact, furniture and all, from the plates in the kitchen to the wallpaper in the parlor. It sits wedged between an NYU dorm and an apartment building, and the family that lived here supposedly still haunts it, according to the staff.
